My military paintings are rooted in my own experiences of service, capturing moments of ceremony, camaraderie, and remembrance alongside the quieter realities of soldiering. As a soldier and an artist, I bring an insider’s perspective to these works — whether it’s the precision and pride of a parade, the solemnity of remembrance, or the everyday routines that build community. Through bold use of colour, dynamic brushwork, and symbolic detail, I aim to balance the vibrancy of tradition with the weight of memory, offering both a celebration of service and a reflection on its personal and collective impact
